I'm trying to find the cheapest way to set up a GPS rig for my bike. As of right now I'm considering using a
motorcycle mount to mount the GPS that I already have. It's relatively small and has little weight so I would feel comfortable using it while riding for practice but probably would have to remove it for races. I don't have any need to have a GPS available to me during races anyway. I probably don'…

My Mother and step-dad live in Missoula, MT and are not doing well health-wise. I spent the month of September there to help my sister. I rented a bike for the month and rode into town most every day. It was great being in a town that is so bike friendly. Lot's of bike lanes and most business have racks to lock up. Everyday was beautiful for the entire month. Several hours of nice biking and street cafes helped balance dealing with Mom and my step-dad who are not thinking too clearly anymore.

Tim Roden of the Amerian Diabetes Association organized a 45 mile ride on the Pine Creek rail trail thru the PA grand Canyon. Bus leaves Bass Pro, Harrisburg at 6:30 AM. Bikes are transported. Cost is $75.00. Let me know if you're interested. He could use a few more riders. Date of ride is Oct. 3rd

RTR= Round The River, This ride was awesome!! THERE IS BOAT SAILING in York!?!? AND A YACHET CLUB!!!!! We rolled from Emerson (Fincor) around 07:30, the weather was great! This ride Gets the 3 C award!! Great course Great conversation (when not sucking for air) Great Camaraderie. Hills 6000 ft of them!!! Flats, Awesome down hills. No won got dropped!! Hot, Hot, Hot.....Started my ride at 9:30 this morning and rode to Multnomah Falls. When I started the ride it was 81 degrees, when I got home it was 92 degrees. My ride lasted 2:18, distance was 42 miles and average speed was 18.1 mph. First 5 miles of ride
