Thought maybe this would be a good way to keep track of my riding/training.

Hot, Hot, Hot.....Started my ride at 9:30 this morning and rode to Multnomah Falls. When I started the ride it was 81 degrees, when I got home it was 92 degrees. My ride lasted 2:18, distance was 42 miles and average speed was 18.1 mph. First 5 miles of ride

- No go for me! I did get to go see the USGB, got to see Jeremy Powers win, that was pretty cool. I just got the cast off my wrist last week. Now I have a brace on it. I have been riding since the begin of Oct. with my cast. Last Sat. I did a 51 miler with 5,100 ft of elevation. It is called Dutch Canyon, you can see the route on the Rapha.com website. What about you, I think Al said, you were starting to ride with them? I saw Evans is riding again.
