Meet at the Pinchot Boat Launch, located on rt. 177, just north(east) of the Rossville intersection of rt. 74 and 177.  Start time is 9am, try to be ten minutes early.  This ride features an epic climb (Michaux-Big Flat) around mile 60, reaching a 2000'+ elevation if memory serves me right, otherwise a nice mixture of rollers and fast, flat stretches.   Check out the link on mapmyride.  Looking at an 18+ mph average for approx. 102 miles.  E-mail me w/ any questions @…See More

The 6 AM rides are back. Every Saturday through fall and winter there is a ride out of cycleworks at 6 AM. Early fall will be very casual and as the winter progresses the rides are used to build fitness and a strong base for the following season. Bring your lights and bundle up!!! This week we will be headed over to Jacobus (the back way), down to Loganvilleand home through 7 Valleys. We have two distance options, 21 and 29 miles. Ifit is a clear, sunny day we should JUST have enough time to run the 29 miles ifwe keep it moving. Coffee at 7 AM... leaving for Round the River South at 7:30.... Hilly 70ish miles. Going Counter-Clockwise (South onYork side). No drop after Otter Creek. If you are having trouble its an easy trip home straight up 74.
