Good ride today. 1st time on this course. My legs felt heavy & tired from yesterday's two hour run. I'll sure be glad when my training for the Chicago Marathon is over with....long runs and long rides back-to-back don't go well…

Round the River North at colonial coffe shop across from york hospital

September 5, 2009 from 7am to 11pm

All we will be doing round the river north at seven am from colonial coffe shop across from york hospital.This is not has hard as the south version, goes up to Harrisburg and then back to York. Leaving early enough traffic should be light.See More
