Traditionally there is a group ride that leaves from the Colonial Coffee Shop (by the York Hospital) at 5:30 on Monday nights.  Let's start this back up next week on March 28th.  This is an easy ride suitable for everyone, we wait at the tops of hills and the ride is usually around 1 hour and 30 minutes long.

Sunday morning winter time mountain bike ride. 7.25 miles of trail per loop which usually takes us just over an hour to ride. If it's really cold that seems to be enough for everyone. If not there's opportunity to turn around and ride a bunch of it in the opposite direction. Beats riding the trainer doesn't it?
