Round the River North at colonial coffe shop across from york hospital

September 5, 2009 from 7am to 11pm

All we will be doing round the river north at seven am from colonial coffe shop across from york hospital. This is not has hard as the south version, goes up to Harrisburg and then back to York. Leaving early enough traffic should be light.

Kings Gap Ride at Colonial Coffee shop (in York) Across from York Hospital

August 29, 2009 from 7am to 1pm

This Saturday will feature a century loop from Colonial Coffee shop (in York) to King's Gap near Carlisle. Departure time is 7 AM. Should be a good turnout, no one gets dropped. Probably will break into two groups at some point w/ a 19 -20 mph group…

Easy pace, meet at Colonial mall off South George near York Hospital. This is a group ride so veterans need to look after the newbies. We average about 15mph just relax and have some fun.
