Cycling Central PA for Fun and Fitness

I have been asked a few times how beginner riders can learn. On thought is to have special training day for hills, pace line and spinning. Is there any interest?

The training would be about an hour long and we would meet near or at the location for that training. This would not be just a ride but one day a week to improve a certain skill.

Perhaps next spring we start some race specific or "high" performance training. Let me know your thoughts.
