Cycling Central PA for Fun and Fitness
This weekend is not good for me and I know there is another ride being planned for this Sunday but I'd like to bring back the 9:00 AM Sunday Indian Rock rides on a consistent basis. This was typically a 40-60 mile ride going through New Freedom with a few variations. It is typically a fast paced ride (18-20 mph) with a no drop rule but if someone is holding the group back common sense is used for that rider to get home. It was a good ride for new riders to the local scene to see where they fit in and to test their fitness a bit. Was a social ride with a few race-paced intervals.
I'm pretty sure next weekend (Sunday the 24th) will work for me and hopefully we can bring these rides back to add another consistent ride to the local York scene.
Feel free to add your thoughts and let me know if you're interested.
Ride safe!

Permalink Reply by Barry Klein on April 23, 2011 at 2:03pm Yea... I'm thinking Bux by Vito's. The final climb would be nice but I have a feeling I'd skip it and ride home ;-) This Sunday is Easter so I will not post. Next Sunday I may be racing Tour de Ephrata so someone else can post if they want to start the ride back up. Otherwise it may have to wait for some time.
