NYC Five Borough Bike Tour Sunday May 1

A friend and I have tickets to participate in the 5 Borough Bike Tour in New York City on Sunday, May 1, where they close the streets and 30,000 cyclists pedal 40 miles from Battery Park to Statten Island.  See: http://www.bikenewyork.org/rides/fbbt/index.html  It's a great event; I did it with my daughter two years ago.  My friend has suffered an infected foot from an injury and can't go - she can't event walk at the moment.  I am looking for someone to go with me as a substitute.  I have hotel reservations on Statten Island and the $75 entrance fee is paid.  And I am going - so transportation is taken care of.  I would prefer someone who is willing to bicycle at my pace, which is medium to slow, depending.  If you would like to go or if you know anyone who would, please have them call me at 717.368.2266.  Thanks.  Metta Barbour
