Cycling Central PA for Fun and Fitness

I'm looking to take my road biking a little bit more seriously this year and want to start off right. I want to try and minimize any unnecessary aches and pains (and possible injury) by making sure I'm set up right on my ride. Any suggestions for a good fitting program in the area?  I live in north York, but am willing to travel a couple of hours too. Thanks for any help!!

I highly recommend Stu at Parvilla. You won't find a better fitter. It will take you about 2 hrs to get there and about 4hrs for the fit.
