looking for a used road bike preferable ~50-52cm

I have been considering running the YWCA's women's Y-Tri for some time, but am a relatively novice biker. The bike I have is not suited well for road biking since it is a cheap mountain bike, and I just recently found out that the back tire is bent.

I am looking for a nice, not too expensive bike that would suit a novice rider. Any suggestions will do.

Colonial Coffee Shop - Monday Night Ride at 6

The Monday night ride has steadily continued this summer without much organization. I come out about 2 times a month and there always seems to be a group or sometimes a single rider there at 6 PM. Sunset tonight is at 7:20, so I after this week I'm going to start meeting there at 5:30, rather then 6. When I say that, I may or may not show up depending on when I get off work. This doesn't mean you can't show up then!
